- Consultant on the film adaptation of Everybody Pays by producer Beth O’Neil with screenwriter Neil Tolkin attached. Project not yet in production. O’Neil’s option for the EP rights expired at the end of 2010. The film rights for Everybody Pays are currently available. - Consultant and contributor to the feature-length documentary film, Deadline, which chronicles the events leading up to former Illinois Gov. George Ryan’s decision to institute a moratorium on the Death Penalty in 2002.

- Consulting producer on film adaptation of Everybody Pays for Ocean Pictures/Warner Bros. Director Harold Ramis owned the film rights for three years, but was unable to get the film green-lighted and into pre-production.
